CHAPTER 3 : PARLIAMENTARY QUESTIONS

Rule 131a : Questions for written answer concerning the Single Supervisory Mechanism and the Single Resolution Mechanism

1.   Rule 131 (1), (2) and (3) shall, with regard to questions for written answer concerning the Single Supervisory Mechanism and the Single Resolution Mechanism, apply mutatis mutandis. The number of such questions shall be subtracted from the maximum of six per month provided for in Rule 131(1).

2.   If a question for written answer has not received a reply within five weeks, it may, at the request of its author, be included on the agenda for the next meeting of the committee responsible with the Chair of the Board of the addressee.
