A munkavállalók tájékoztatáshoz, konzultációhoz és részvételhez való joga
Az Európai Unió kiegészíti a munkavállalók tájékoztatáshoz és konzultációhoz való jogaival kapcsolatos tagállami tevékenységeket azáltal, hogy irányelvek útján vagy a tagállamok közötti együttműködés ösztönzését célzó intézkedéseken keresztül minimumkövetelményeket fogad el. Számos uniós irányelv védi a munkavállalók vállalati szintű tájékoztatáshoz és konzultációhoz való jogát azáltal, hogy mind nemzeti, mind transznacionális szinten szabályokat állapít meg.
